
Gordonsville High Graduates Receive Scholarships
UCEMC’s Jasmine Byrnes presents Gordonsville High senior Savanna Bryant with the UCEMC $1,000 scholarship she earned by participating in the Creative Writing Contest sponsored by UCEMC and TECA. Savanna also earned a spot on the “Trip of a Lifetime,” the Washington Youth Tour last June. Savanna is the daughter of Marlana Mofield and Phillip Bryant.

Gordonsville High senior Molly Jones (right) won a $1,000 scholarship for her 900-word story about how electric cooperatives “Build a Brighter Future.” Molly is the daughter of Susan and Chris Klamm.
