Do you have an Agricultural Exemption with us?

The State of Tennessee requires periodic renewal of the state’s recognition of an Agricultural tax-exempt status.  2023 is a renewal year. The current Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption UCEMC has on file will expire 12/31/23.

Qualifiers must supply UCEMC with a signed and dated copy of the renewed certificate to receive tax-exempt status.

The renewed certificate will be effective from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2027.
