Take Your Career to New Heights with UCEMC

People come first at Cooperatives

Co-ops are owned by the members we serve. This fact impacts everything we do here at Upper Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation. People always come before margins, and our employees are serious about the responsibility we have to provide power to our communities. The work we do not only makes life more comfortable and convenient, but we allow hospitals to operate and factories to run. We provide the power for cell phones and computers – technology that we rely on each day. Our employees power everyday life for our region. It’s a serious – and sometimes hazardous – job that is incredibly rewarding and full of opportunity.
